This contract position runs through May 27, 2027, offering a unique opportunity to support both students and school staff in a meaningful, specialized environment. With flexible scheduling available—full time or part time (2-3 days per week), from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.—this role accommodates a variety of availability preferences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Significant experience working as a BCBA, specifically in a school environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, design, and implement behavioral interventions tailored to students with emotional and behavioral needs
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, administrators, and families
  • Ability to adapt strategies and support school-wide initiatives in a therapeutic setting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for a diverse caseload
  • Provide school-wide consultation, training, and guidance to educators and support staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster positive, inclusive learning environments
  • Lead professional development sessions on behavior support strategies related to social-emotional disabilities
  • Monitor, document, and report progress, making data-informed modifications as needed
  • Engage directly with students, offering coaching and direct intervention as required
