Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Midlothian, IL area
Setting: K–12 Therapeutic School
Pay: $50.44–$63.56/hour
Schedule: 8:15 AM–3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: May 27, 2027
Availability: Full-time or part-time (2–3 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Support students across the K–12 age range

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

• Provide behavioral consultation and staff support

• Monitor and analyze behavioral data

• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary team members

• Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required

• School-based experience preferred

• Experience supporting students with behavioral or social-emotional needs preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
