Soliant Education is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in Bloomington, Illinois. This position supports K–12 students in a therapeutic school environment serving students with social-emotional and behavioral needs.

Position Details:

Location: Bloomington, IL

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: May 27, 2027

Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM

Full-Time or Part-Time availability considered

Part-Time: 2–3 days per week

Grade Levels: K–12

Setting: Therapeutic school

Caseload: School-wide BCBA support

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification

Previous professional experience working as a BCBA

Previous school-based BCBA experience required

Strong background supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral disabilities

Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and other school-based professionals

The district is specifically seeking an experienced BCBA with a strong school-based background who can step into the position and provide effective behavioral support across the school.
