Step into a dynamic school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity offers the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time hours, working on-site with students and collaborating with an engaging, supportive team.

The assignment begins August 6th and continues through May 16th (subject to extension based on emergency days). You will be a vital resource for students, delivering evidence-based behavioral support and making a meaningful impact in their educational journey.

Key qualifications and expertise:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience within school settings preferred
  • Strong ability to assess and analyze student behaviors
  • Proficient in developing effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
  • Strong organizational skills to document, monitor, and report progress
  • Compassionate, flexible, and committed to fostering student success

Main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments of student behaviors to identify needs and strengths
  • Creating and implementing individualized BIPs based on assessment data
  • Training and supporting staff in behavior intervention strategies
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Maintaining clear, accurate records and regularly communicating updates to IEP teams and families
  • Collaborating with teachers, aides, and multidisciplinary teams to promote a positive learning environment
