Serving in the area near Oak Ridge, TN, you’ll collaborate closely with educational teams to help students achieve success in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Prior experience working in school settings, particularly with students with disabilities
  • Solid understanding of implementing behavioral interventions and data collection
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes and promoting inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support and consultation for students receiving special education services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to help each student thrive in the general education environment whenever possible
  • Train and support staff in evidence-based strategies and practices for classroom behavior management
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and report on student outcomes related to LRE goals
