In this important role, you’ll be at the forefront of promoting inclusive educational practices and helping shape positive outcomes for students. Your collaboration with educators and student support teams will ensure individualized behavioral strategies that allow every child to thrive.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA or RBT credential, with experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop effective intervention plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting students with a variety of abilities and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral analysis and implement intervention strategies for students with disabilities
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Collect and analyze student data to inform ongoing instruction and behavioral support
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) focused on maximizing access to inclusive settings
- Provide training and guidance to school teams to enhance overall support for students
