Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA or RBT credential, with experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop effective intervention plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting students with a variety of abilities and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral analysis and implement intervention strategies for students with disabilities
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive learning environments
• Collect and analyze student data to inform ongoing instruction and behavioral support
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) focused on maximizing access to inclusive settings
• Provide training and guidance to school teams to enhance overall support for students
