Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Oakland, CA

Embark on a rewarding assignment this fall and bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic educational environment. Two temporary openings are available for passionate, skilled BCBAs to provide crucial support during MAT leaves. These contract roles are on-site and will run from August 5, 2026, through November 20, 2026—an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working hands-on with students, faculty, and administration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid California credential with BCBA Authorization
• Prior experience in a school-based setting or working with children/adolescents preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to fill maternity leave placements as specific caseloads may shift
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering positive behavioral change and supporting inclusive educational practices
• Availability for the entire contract duration (37.5 hours per week)
• Ability to work fully on-site in San Francisco

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and individualized reports
• Assist in promoting a positive school culture through evidence-based behavioral strategies
