Seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a passion for supporting students in diverse educational environments. Two temporary BCBA positions are available for the upcoming school year starting August 5, 2026, with full-time hours. This on-site opportunity allows you to collaborate with school-based teams, contribute your expertise, and make a genuine impact during maternity leaves.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Valid California credential authorizing BCBA services in schools.
- Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs in educational settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
- Ability to adapt to changing caseload needs and demonstrate flexibility within a school-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Deliver direct and consultative support to students, educators, and families.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress.
- Train and coach school staff on best practices and positive behavior support strategies.
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with applicable guidelines and timelines.
