Make an impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026 fall semester. We are seeking two dedicated professionals for temporary contract assignments starting August 5, 2026, and continuing through November 20, 2026. These assignments are on-site and centered around providing essential services for students during maternity leave coverage. The workweek offers 37.5 hours, allowing you to focus on behavioral intervention and positive change in a vibrant, engaging school environment near Oakland, CA.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in California
- Valid California credential with BCBA Authorization
- Experience working in educational settings, particularly K-12, preferred
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with educators, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans
- Deliver direct services and consultations to support students’ individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor student progress
- Document, analyze, and report data to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
- Train and guide school personnel in the implementation of behavioral strategies
- Adapt services flexibly in response to dynamic caseload changes
