Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services – School Psychology with English Learner Authorization
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based environments preferred
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision to RBTs
  • Three recent professional letters of recommendation

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee behavioral programming and interventions for students, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and mentoring to RBTs, ensuring adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to craft individualized support plans
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth and create supportive learning environments
  • Deliver training and support to school staff to promote best practices in behavior management
  • Maintain thorough documentation and prepare detailed progress reports for educational teams and families
