Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services – School Psychology with English Learner Authorization
- Demonstrated experience in school-based environments preferred
- Ability to provide clinical supervision to RBTs

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee behavioral programming and interventions for students, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and mentoring to RBTs, ensuring adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to craft individualized support plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth and create supportive learning environments
- Deliver training and support to school staff to promote best practices in behavior management
