  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Prior experience working within school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Observe students and classrooms to provide actionable recommendations
  • Supervise and support RBTs, offering ongoing training and mentorship
