Key Requirements:

  • Skilled in classroom and individual student observations
  • Proficiency in supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Dedication to fostering positive student outcomes and inclusive educational environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across diverse classrooms
  • Develop, implement, and monitor data-driven behavior intervention plans in close partnership with educational teams
  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and paraprofessionals
  • Facilitate training sessions to increase staff understanding of behavior principles and best practices
  • Keep meticulous documentation of interventions, outcomes, and progress to inform effective, individualized support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape student success and promote a positive school climate
