Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled in performing behavior observations within a classroom or school setting
• Background in supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs to assess individual student needs and identify effective interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs aligned with student goals and school frameworks
• Observe students in the classroom and other school environments to collect data and provide actionable recommendations
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure fidelity of implementation and professional growth
• Consult and collaborate with educators, related service professionals, and families
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards
