Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment, analytical, and intervention skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individual Behavior Intervention Plans
• Oversee the implementation and fidelity of behavioral strategies and protocols
• Train and coach teachers, aides, and other stakeholders on behavior management
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough, timely records and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Advocate for evidence-based best practices and promote inclusive environments
