Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Understanding of ABA principles and strategies

  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-focused practice

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with educators, support staff, families, and other service providers
  • Provide training, consultation, and guidance to school personnel on behavioral strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal guidelines
