This contract opportunity starting August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027, focuses on delivering behavioral support and coaching within PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. The hybrid structure allows a mix of on-site presence and remote flexibility, offering professional growth while supporting the youngest students during their formative years.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • School-based experience, preferably with PreK - K students
  • Ability to collaborate with classroom educators, staff, and families
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Willingness to adapt to rotating classroom assignments each quarter
  • Commitment to in-person observation and coaching, with a minimum of three days weekly on-site
  • Flexibility to adapt your schedule when working a hybrid arrangement
  • Successful in-person background check (processing time ranges from 2 to 6 weeks)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted behavioral interventions and supports for PreK and Kindergarten classrooms
  • Coach teachers and staff on evidence-based behavior management strategies
  • Conduct regular in-person student and classroom observations to assess needs and progress
  • Provide actionable feedback, training, and consultation to enhance classroom environments
  • Rotate across different classrooms as assigned each quarter to maximize support reach
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and professional standards
