Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and active state licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Duties:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing ABA therapy and data collection
• Train, supervise, and support school staff and paraprofessionals in implementing behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, families, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance with district or state guidelines
