Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification is required
• Previous experience providing behavioral services in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and guide teachers and staff on implementing behavioral strategies
