• Previous experience providing behavior analysis services in school environments preferred

• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to the dynamic needs of students
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to integrate strategies into classroom routines
• Provide staff and family training in evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and modify interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, and offer professional guidance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
