Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Olympia, WA

Step into a dynamic educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), serving a diverse K-12 population across an entire district. This full-year, onsite contract offers professionals the chance to make a meaningful impact while collaborating closely with staff and providing essential support to both students and Behavioral Support Assistants (BSAs).

Candidates will be responsible for a district-wide caseload, directly supporting students, overseeing behavioral interventions, and providing mentorship to BSAs. Flexibility and a strong sense of leadership are key, as you’ll partner with educators and administration to develop and implement strategies that ensure student success.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Washington BCBA license (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI if not already done
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, data-driven interventions, and staff training
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral services to K-12 students district-wide
• Supervise and train BSAs in best practices and data collection
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with school teams to provide consultation and guidance
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with district policies
• Engage with families and support teams to optimize student outcomes
