Make a positive impact on student behavior and learning by supporting a vibrant K-12 school community as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite contract role offers the opportunity to provide district-wide services, working collaboratively with staff to enhance educational outcomes and promote student success. From September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, you'll play a pivotal role in developing effective behavior interventions and supervising Behavior Support Assistants.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, or willingness to obtain WA BCBA licensure
  • Ability or willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Previous experience with school-aged children (K-12) strongly preferred
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and organization skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ABA assessment tools, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring
  • Experience supervising and guiding support staff or paraprofessionals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Serve as a consultant across the district, supporting students, educators, and families
  • Provide ongoing training, modeling, and coaching for school teams and Behavior Support Assistants
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all local and state guidelines
  • Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

This is a completely onsite position—candidates must be available for in-person work throughout the school year.
