Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with school-age populations is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application with children and adolescents
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment interventions, and supervise behavior interventionists or RBTs

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school teams to create positive behavior supports
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and supervision to behavior intervention staff within the school environment
  • Monitor, review, and adjust behavior plans in response to student progress and team input
  • Participate in IEP meetings, prepare reports, and ensure full compliance with ethical and legal guidelines
