As a BCBA, you'll work onsite on a part-time contract (10-15 hours per week), collaborating with the district’s innovative behavioral support systems. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned according to geography, ensuring manageable travel and focused service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current, active BCBA license
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings desirable
- Strong communication, consultation, and team collaboration skills
- Capacity for independent work and district-wide support
- Ability to follow detailed administrative and credentialing processes (fingerprinting required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral analysis services for referred students across multiple schools
- Serve as a resource and consultant for educators and staff within the district
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Liaise with the Vanderbilt Triad program through monthly consults to ensure evidence-based practices, data integrity, and ongoing feedback
- Utilize the district’s comprehensive help desk support system to avoid overload and promote work-life balance
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
