Seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a dynamic school district in the Chattanooga area on a part-time contract basis. Key Qualifications:

• Active and current BCBA license required
• Experience in school settings preferred (K-12)
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt to evolving district needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff and families
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to data-driven practices
• Must fulfill time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral consultation and intervention support for students referred across district schools
• Serve as a resource based in the district office, assisting through a structured referral process
• Engage in monthly consults with the Vanderbilt Triad program, incorporating their feedback and data insights
• Utilize the established Help Desk model to efficiently manage caseloads and maximize impact while preventing overload
• Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and external partners to develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide ongoing training or support as needed

Position Details:

• Onsite only position in the Chattanooga area
• Part-time schedule offering 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments
• Caseload to be determined based on referrals and district needs, with consideration for geographic convenience
• Contract position with immediate start through the end of the school year
