Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Proficiency in conducting assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
• Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create individualized plans tailored to each student's needs
• Train and consult with school staff and teachers in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish positive behavioral supports campus-wide
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity and consistency
• Keep accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations and ethical standards
