Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Orange Park, FL

Make a difference in the lives of young learners by providing essential behavioral support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with PreK programs. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA licensure required
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong skills in observing, modeling, and recommending behavioral strategies
• Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and supporting data collection
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to be itinerant, visiting 5-7 assigned schools as needed
• Must complete required fingerprinting (candidates with fingerprints already on file in Florida may need only to verify status)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide indirect behavioral support for PreK self-contained classrooms (no direct student services)
• Offer expert guidance, observations, and data-driven recommendations to instructional staff
• Model intervention strategies and assist in the development and review of FBAs
• Support the collection of classroom behavioral data and collaborate with teachers for ongoing improvement
• Travel between assigned schools to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of services

This full-time contract role offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week (7 hours per day) and runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027. The position is on-site only and not open to remote or virtual work.
