Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Orange Park, Florida

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting K-12 self-contained classrooms as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your expertise will provide vital assistance to teachers across multiple campuses, helping optimize behavioral supports and student outcomes.

This full-time position runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek (7 hours daily). While specific school assignments are to be confirmed, you’ll likely work itinerantly across 5-7 campuses, collaborating closely with educators.

In this role, you won’t provide direct therapy but will support staff with observations, strategy modeling, data collection guidance, Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) development, and meaningful recommendations tailored to a range of K-12 programs.

What you bring:

• Active BCBA licensure required
• Previous experience working within K-12 or similar educational settings
• Strong collaboration, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to support multiple sites and adjust to varied routines as an itinerant provider
• Knowledge in designing, implementing, and tracking behavioral intervention plans
• Familiarity with best practices in teacher consultation and adult learning

Key responsibilities:

• Observe classrooms and conduct needs assessments across assigned schools
• Guide and assist teachers in behavior data collection and analysis
• Model intervention strategies and develop FBAs for complex cases
• Track student progress and adjust suggested interventions when needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams and provide professional development as needed

To be eligible, you must complete applicable fingerprinting.
