Step into a highly impactful role supporting students in the Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Program for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be part of an innovative initiative dedicated to serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. This full-time contract position offers a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours each week, with your time dedicated to facilitating communication, academic progress, and social-emotional growth for students across a range of abilities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and data-driven decision making
  • Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Intellectual Disabilities in a school-based setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Flexibility and commitment to working full-time, on-site at the program location

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop appropriate intervention strategies
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior support plans for students in the ABLE program
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote student success and consistency
  • Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing behavioral supports
  • Provide direct coaching and consultation to instructional staff
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging learning environment for all students
