Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for students of varying needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments to develop tailored intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services for students, staff, and families
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and faculty in effective intervention techniques
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued interdisciplinary team member
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and regulatory guidelines
