Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
  • Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for students of varying needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to develop tailored intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral services for students, staff, and families
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and faculty in effective intervention techniques
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued interdisciplinary team member
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and regulatory guidelines
