Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time School-Based Position

Near: Orting, WA

Job Type: Contract, Part-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for an immediate opening through the end of the school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide behavioral support services in a collaborative school setting while covering a leave assignment. Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
Strong collaboration and supervisory skills
Onsite only

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide supervision to one Behavioral Technician (BT)
Support implementation of an existing short-term behavior plan
Collaborate with school staff regarding student behavioral needs

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Work Hours:

Part-Time
10–15 hours per week
Immediate Start – End of School Year
