Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated organizational and documentation proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support staff and teachers with implementing strategies and interventions
  • Monitor and document student progress using data-driven methods
  • Provide coaching, workshops, and training to school personnel and sometimes families
  • Adjust recommendations as needed to promote a positive, inclusive educational experience
  • Maintain timely documentation and compliance with relevant laws and school policies
