Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working within school settings preferred

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated organizational and documentation proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized behavior intervention plans
- Support staff and teachers with implementing strategies and interventions
- Monitor and document student progress using data-driven methods
- Provide coaching, workshops, and training to school personnel and sometimes families
- Adjust recommendations as needed to promote a positive, inclusive educational experience
- Maintain timely documentation and compliance with relevant laws and school policies
