Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active and current BCBA certification required
- Experience providing behavioral services in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive behavioral analyses
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students

- Deliver ongoing staff training and support for implementation of interventions
- Gather and analyze data to adjust interventions for best outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation following school guidelines and ethical requirements
