Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and current BCBA certification required
  • Experience providing behavioral services in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans

  • Unwavering commitment to ethical standards of behavioral analysis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive behavioral analyses
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Deliver ongoing staff training and support for implementation of interventions
  • Gather and analyze data to adjust interventions for best outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation following school guidelines and ethical requirements
  • Support a positive, inclusive, and proactive learning environment
