Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Knowledge and experience working with children with multiple disabilities, preferably in a school setting
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective behavioral intervention plans for young students
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with special education teachers, aides, and school leadership
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A commitment to fostering growth and progress in children with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct BCBA support to multiple disabilities classrooms (grades K-3)
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop tailored strategies to enhance student success
  • Train and guide classroom staff in proper use of behavioral interventions and techniques
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet evolving student requirements
