Step into a rewarding opportunity as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working within a dynamic PK-12+ educational setting near Palisades, WA. This contract position spans the full academic year, from August 26th through June 27th, offering the chance to provide critical behavioral support to students across a diverse range of grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience working in school environments, preferably across multiple grade levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of students
  • Ability to work onsite and in-person throughout the assignment, supporting the full PK-12+ student population

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students across all grade levels
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and share findings with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure consistency and fidelity of behavioral strategies
  • Provide training and consultation to staff and families to support student progress
  • Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing support and intervention strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and other collaborative processes as required
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district policies
