Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Palisades, Washington

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings preferred, supporting students across multiple age groups
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, educators, and families
• Skilled in developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of a varied student population

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and provide behavioral services to students throughout the PK-12+ system
• Conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies
• Offer training and guidance to staff and families around best practices in behavior management
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all applicable regulations and school procedures
• Be present onsite for 37.5 hours per week for the duration of the academic year
