Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Palm City, FL

Exciting opportunity available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in supporting students in a dynamic school environment near Palm City, FL. This contract position offers a rewarding chance to work primarily at one campus, with additional responsibilities at a nearby site within easy reach. You will collaborate with educators and families to help K–12 students succeed by developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (nationally recognized)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention design, and data-driven decision making
• Ability to manage K–12 caseloads and adapt to diverse student needs
• Capable of responding promptly and supporting additional sites in emergency situations
• Must meet district credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and photo badge appointment

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for students across two closely located campuses
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with school staff on intervention strategies
• Provide direct consultation and support for teachers and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decisions and progress monitoring
• Be available to assist at additional campus locations when urgent needs arise
