As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be instrumental in helping students, educators, and administrators implement effective behavioral interventions and positive supports. This contract, full-time opportunity (30 hours per week, Monday through Friday) invites professionals passionate about advancing behavioral health in educational settings.
In this dynamic and itinerant role, your daily experience will include:
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active BCBA license issued by the BACB
- At least one year of previous experience in school settings
- Hands-on experience working with high school students, especially with ED populations
- Strong foundation in conducting FBAs, drafting and implementing BIPs
- Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (school psychologists, administration)
- Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation between nearby high schools
Responsibilities:
- Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans across campuses
- Observe students and provide recommendations to instructional staff and administration
- Design and monitor data-driven interventions
- Support crisis management and proactive de-escalation
- Guide staff in implementing evidence-based behavioral supports
The hourly rate for this contract ranges from $50-$60 and is based on your experience and degree level.
