Location: near Palmdale, CA
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 30 hours/week; Open to hybrid Schedule for indirect services.
School Year: 2026–2027

Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Palmdale, California to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working directly with students, collaborating with educators, and developing practical behavior supports that help students succeed in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

• Provide behavioral consultation and support to students, teachers, paraprofessionals, and families

• Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions

• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data

• Support implementation of positive behavior strategies and evidence-based interventions

• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as needed

• Provide staff training, modeling, and coaching related to behavior support

• Help promote a positive, structured, and inclusive school environment

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification

• California BCBA eligibility/credentials as required for school-based practice

• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, ABA, or related setting

• Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data collection

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• School-based experience is preferred but not required
