Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week | 2026–2027 School Year
Setting: Hybrid | High School Programs

A school-based team near Palmdale, CA is seeking an experienced BCBA to provide behavioral services across multiple high school sites. The position offers a hybrid structure, with direct services requiring an on-site presence and indirect work eligible to be completed remotely.

Position Details:

Full 2026–2027 school year
30 hours per week
Schedule to be determined
Strong chance of renewal
Hybrid work arrangement
On-site for direct services
Work from home for indirect services
Itinerant across multiple closely located high school sites
Provide behavior support and consultation
Perform functional behavior assessments
Conduct student observations
Collaborate with school psychologists and administrators
Support Emotionally Disabled students
Open to qualified traveling candidates

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Minimum 1 year of school-based experience
Experience working with high school students
Experience supporting Emotionally Disabled populations
FBA and behavioral assessment experience
Must be available for required in-person services
Strong organizational and communication skills
