Hybrid BCBA Position – Palmdale, CA

Location: Palmdale, CA 93550
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Part-Time | 30 Hours/Week
Setting: Hybrid | On-Site Direct Services, Remote Indirect Services

A school district serving the Antelope Valley is looking for a qualified BCBA for the 2026/2027 school year. This itinerant opportunity involves supporting high school students across multiple nearby district sites. Hybrid candidates and qualified travelers are welcome, with direct services provided in person and indirect work completed remotely.

Position Details:

Full 2026/2027 school year
Strong chance of renewal
30 hours per week
Schedule to be determined
Itinerant assignment across multiple high school sites
On-site support for all direct services
Work-from-home flexibility for indirect services
Conduct FBAs and student observations
Provide behavioral consultation and support
Collaborate with school psychologists and district administrators
Support students with emotional disabilities and other behavioral needs

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification through the BACB
At least one year of school-based experience
Experience working with high school students
Experience supporting students with emotional disabilities
Willingness to travel between nearby school sites
Ability to provide in-person direct services
