Key Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Previous experience working within a school setting
  • Strong supervisory skills with a focus on guiding and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Current knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments to determine the behavioral needs of students
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized plans that promote student success
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers and related service providers
  • Provide training and consultation for staff and parents regarding behavior strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure effective, ethical, and compliant interventions
  • Maintain detailed, organized, and timely documentation
