Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Prior experience working in a school environment.
  • Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis, assessment, and intervention.
  • Confident in supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, working with educators, students, and families.
  • Professional flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students.
  • Oversee, support, and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Train and collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor student progress and program effectiveness.
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and provide consultative services as needed.
