Key Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Previous experience working within a school setting
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on guiding and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Current knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments to determine the behavioral needs of students
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized plans that promote student success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers and related service providers
- Provide training and consultation for staff and parents regarding behavior strategies
- Collect and analyze data to ensure effective, ethical, and compliant interventions
- Maintain detailed, organized, and timely documentation
