About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Paradise, PA area. This position focuses on supporting K-12th grade students with behavioral needs, by leading behavior intervention and developing skills within students that allow them to reach their full potential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs effectively.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
- Analyze data to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
- Ensure compliance with district and state regulations regarding documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (BCAB).
- Experience working with K-12 grade students in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and student-centered approach to behavioral support.
