Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Parlier, CA

Make an impact in the school setting during the 2025-2026 academic year as a qualified Occupational Therapist or experienced COTA. You'll support students' development, working full-time (32.5 hours per week) in one assigned school, collaborating with staff and making a meaningful difference.

What you’ll bring:

• Current California Board of Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to support diverse needs
• Experience with caseloads covering various school-age groups is a plus
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, ranging across school-aged groups
• Assess students’ functional abilities, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ goals within the classroom environment
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations for accommodations and interventions
