Key Qualifications:
- Active California Board of Occupational Therapy License required
- Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting supporting K-12 populations
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress evaluations for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement treatment plans and strategies tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member, providing insight on goals and accommodations
- Educate and consult with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain timely, clear, and accurate documentation of all services rendered
