This full-time opportunity is based on a single campus, allowing you to form meaningful relationships with your students and collaborate closely with school staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Board of Occupational Therapy License required
  • Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting supporting K-12 populations
  • Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation preferred
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress evaluations for students on your caseload
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and strategies tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member, providing insight on goals and accommodations
  • Educate and consult with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain timely, clear, and accurate documentation of all services rendered
