What You Bring:
- BCBA certification or current licensure as a School Psychologist
- Solid background in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
- Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Familiarity with non-violent behavioral training initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong interpersonal skills to consult and collaborate with school personnel and families
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Role Highlights:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert support for students exhibiting challenging behaviors
- Deliver FBAs, interpret results, and lead the development of individualized BIPs
- Provide consultation and coaching to staff and families on ABA strategies and behavioral supports
- Lead non-violent behavioral training workshops and initiatives within the school community
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed
