What You Bring:

• BCBA certification or current licensure as a School Psychologist
• Solid background in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with non-violent behavioral training initiatives
• Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong interpersonal skills to consult and collaborate with school personnel and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Role Highlights:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert support for students exhibiting challenging behaviors
• Deliver FBAs, interpret results, and lead the development of individualized BIPs
• Provide consultation and coaching to staff and families on ABA strategies and behavioral supports
