In this position, you’ll leverage your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials to lead evidence-based behavioral support initiatives. You’ll become a trusted resource for educators and families as you facilitate data-driven plans that foster student growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to gather insight into student needs and behavior patterns
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide expert consultation, coaching, and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
- Monitor student progress, analyze collected data, and document findings to inform plans and interventions
- Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings, contributing your specialized knowledge to guide student goals and strategies
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification, with licensure as required
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse educational teams
- Strong organizational aptitude for documentation, monitoring, and reporting
