Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Demonstrated experience applying behavior analysis within school environments
• Strong understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers
• Exceptional organization, documentation, and time management abilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments for students and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administration to implement and model effective strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize outcomes
• Train school staff in evidence-based behavioral techniques and data collection methods
• Document services provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, presenting data and recommendations in a clear, meaningful way
