A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in an educational setting located in Paterson, NJ. This contract position runs from September 5, 2025, through June 11, 2026, with a consistent onsite schedule Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs.
- Provide consultation and collaborate closely with the education team, including special education teachers, related service providers, and school administrators.
- Ensure ABA principles are effectively integrated and maintained across the program within 2-3 classrooms.
- Monitor and adjust behavior plans to support positive student outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Prior experience working in school settings conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
- Familiarity collaborating with multidisciplinary education teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload supporting multiple classrooms.
Location: Onsite position in Paterson, NJ
Work Schedule: Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
