A full-time, onsite opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school from September 5, 2025, through June 11, 2026. This contract position involves a standard weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, serving 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to students’ needs. The BCBA will work with a caseload of 2-3 classrooms, collaborating closely with special education teachers, related service providers, and school administrators. Effective consultation and guidance will ensure that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles are properly implemented across the ABA program.
Qualifications and desired skills:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
- Experience conducting FBAs and designing BIPs
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educational team members
- Knowledge of ABA implementation in school-based settings
- Ability to manage multiple classroom caseloads efficiently
