Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
Location: Turlock, CA
Pay: $50.56–$62.78 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Sites: 2 School Locations
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to students and school teams.
- Implement and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams.
- Collect behavioral data, evaluate progress, and maintain documentation.
- Travel between two assigned school sites.
Requirements to Work as a School-Based BCBA in California
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Meet applicable California requirements for providing behavior analysis services.
- Meet school district employment requirements, including background clearance and fingerprinting.
- Meet any applicable credentialing requirements for the specific position and assigned duties.
- Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based behavioral services preferred.
