Elementary Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Paw Creek, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Current state licensure for practicing as a BCBA (or eligibility to obtain)
• Comfort in both elementary and secondary education environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and inform interventions
• Develop and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
• Provide consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Manage progress monitoring, analyze behavioral data, and maintain precise documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams, contribute to meetings, and share expert insights to support educational goals
• Adjust interventions and supports as needed to maximize student and team success

This full-time, contract opportunity offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours in a supportive, school-based setting. Your caseload will be determined by district needs, ensuring variety and the chance to make an impact across grade levels.
