You will partner closely with educators and school teams to drive positive behavioral outcomes and provide meaningful support where it matters most.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offering direct consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitoring progress, analyzing behavioral data, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborating with IEP teams and participating in meetings to ensure student success

Desired qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (required)
  • Prior experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Licensed to practice, if applicable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support varying caseloads as district needs change
