Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- RI Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license is essential
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred

- Ability to commit to a consistent, part-time schedule through the school year (with potential ESY extension)
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual supervision as a BCBA for district teams, with a focus on best practices in behavior intervention and data-driven strategies
- Dedicate 2 hours weekly (8 hours monthly) to support and oversee programming, staff, and student progress
- Offer expert consultation and recommendations to school personnel
- Ensure compliance with student IEPs and district protocols
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and supervision
