Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • RI Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license is essential
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with comfort in providing guidance virtually
  • Ability to commit to a consistent, part-time schedule through the school year (with potential ESY extension)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual supervision as a BCBA for district teams, with a focus on best practices in behavior intervention and data-driven strategies
  • Dedicate 2 hours weekly (8 hours monthly) to support and oversee programming, staff, and student progress
  • Offer expert consultation and recommendations to school personnel
  • Ensure compliance with student IEPs and district protocols
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services and supervision
