This contract opportunity, beginning August 31, 2026, and running through June 25, 2027, focuses on delivering exceptional behavioral support within an educational setting.

Ideal candidates will bring expertise in functional behavior assessment, data-driven intervention, and collaborative care. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, advocating for students while empowering staff and families to foster the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, ideally within a school environment.
  • Proficiency in conducting FBAs and developing evidence-based BIPs.
  • Understanding of Safety-Care procedures, with a commitment to proactive, least restrictive strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for training staff and engaging families.
  • Adept at collecting and analyzing behavioral data to guide interventions.
  • Collaborative spirit, eager to work alongside other educational professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Train and coach classroom personnel on BIP implementation and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on support in behavioral crises, using Safety-Care techniques and de-escalation skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to create comprehensive support networks for students.
  • Regularly monitor and assess student progress, adapting plans as needed.
  • Engage in professional development planning and participate in ongoing education with other disciplines.
