What you bring:

• Active BCBA certification with experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Proven ability to train and coach school staff and teachers in best practices for behavior management
• Expertise in crisis intervention using proactive, evidence-based Safety-Care techniques
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with interdisciplinary teams and families
• An adaptive, team-focused mindset and commitment to positive outcomes for every student

Your primary contributions will include:

• Conducting comprehensive FBAs and developing individualized BIPs that promote successful learning experiences
• Training educators and support staff in the consistent, effective implementation of behavior plans
• Providing direct assistance during behavioral incidents, while prioritizing de-escalation and the use of least restrictive interventions
• Collaborating closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and families to support student progress
• Tracking, analyzing, and utilizing student data to adjust strategies and ensure continual growth
• Participating in, planning, and leading professional development sessions to share knowledge and innovations
