What you’ll bring:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
  • Previous experience in school settings, ideally with elementary and/or middle school ages
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to train, support, and collaborate with educational staff and families
  • Flexibility to adjust your hours and approaches to meet student needs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering full-time BCBA services during the fall semester, working with students from September through December Break
  • Splitting time between middle school (7th and 8th grades) and elementary school students (PreK-6)
  • Assessing student needs, crafting effective strategies, and modeling best practices
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and school leaders to optimize student support
  • Monitoring student progress, making data-driven adjustments, and maintaining clear, accurate records
  • Providing proactive consultation, training, and hands-on guidance around positive behavioral interventions

This contract offers the flexibility to discuss and tailor your work hours around school schedules: middle school hours are 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM, and elementary hours are 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM.
