Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing

  • Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Flexibility to adapt and support various campus locations and needs within the district

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a district float BCBA, providing behavioral assessment and consultation services across multiple schools
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Support and train school personnel on evidence-based behavioral strategies and crisis interventions
  • Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to track student progress and inform plan adjustments
  • Contribute to school-wide positive behavior supports and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings as needed
