Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active licensure recognized by the state
• Previous experience working within elementary, middle, or high school environments preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong skills in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and related service providers to implement strategies that promote student success
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, proactively adjusting interventions as needed
• Provide support and training to school staff and families regarding behavioral approaches
• Maintain accurate, confidential records compliant with state and federal guidelines
• Advocate for student needs to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Attend meetings and professional development sessions as required by the school
