Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Current state licensure to practice as a BCBA
  • Experience in school settings, preferably across elementary, middle, and high school grades
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families
  • Organizational skills and a passion for supporting student success

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for students at various grade levels
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff and teachers in behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Collaborate with special education teams, families, and school leadership to support each student’s unique needs
  • Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust plans as needed to promote positive outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on behavioral supports and assessments
  • Remain current with evidence-based practices in behavior analysis and apply them in the school setting
