Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students with behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges
  • Develop and oversee evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide direct support, training, and consultation to instructional staff and families
  • Monitor, review, and adjust intervention plans using data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in IEP meetings and student evaluations
