Desired Qualifications:

• BCBA certification is required
• Active state licensure to practice as a BCBA
• Proven experience working in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis

• Commitment to ethical practices and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to implement positive behavior support strategies
• Monitor student progress by collecting and analyzing behavioral data
• Provide training and guidance to staff and families on behavioral intervention practices
• Ensure compliance with individualized education plans (IEPs) and other documentation requirements
• Adjust interventions as needed, based on evidence and student response
• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment that supports diverse student populations
