Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience providing ABA services in a school environment is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of FBA and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development
  • Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school leadership
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet a range of student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students in individual and group settings
  • Train and support school staff on behavior intervention strategies and best practices
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform ongoing adjustments to interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create consistent, positive environments for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and document all services in compliance with district and state requirements
