Step into a meaningful, full-time contract opportunity near Philadelphia, PA, supporting students at a 14-student campus in Norristown and the surrounding areas. This position begins in late August 2026, with a possibility for orientation sessions in July to get fully acclimated before the new school year starts. You’ll play a vital role in fostering positive behavioral change, leading a small team, and making a tangible difference for students who present unique challenges such as physical aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active BCBA certification (LBS credentials also considered)
  • Experience supporting students who demonstrate significant behavioral needs
  • Strong communication skills for staff training and collaborative problem-solving
  • Ability to create engaging visual supports and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Previous leadership or supervision of RBTs preferred

Your Role Will Include:

  • Overseeing and supporting RBTs on your team
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Preparing visuals and resources for effective staff training
  • Collaborating with educators and staff to build a safe, positive school environment

Work Details:

  • Full-time hours, minimum of 4 days per week (30+ hours)
  • Set daily schedule from 8:00am – 3:00pm
  • Contract position for the academic year, with interviews beginning in May to prepare for a smooth start

Compensation for this role ranges from $52.50 to $57.50 an hour, reflecting your expertise and the important impact you’ll have within this dedicated school community.
