About the Position
Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite opportunity in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area for the 2026-2027 school year. Job Details
The BCBA will work with students across kindergarten through eighth grade while partnering with teachers, administrators, and support staff. This full-time position is scheduled for 35 hours per week throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. The role focuses on developing and implementing behavioral supports that help students thrive both academically and socially.

Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and utilize assessment data to develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). The position involves monitoring student progress, analyzing behavioral data, and adjusting intervention strategies as needed to support student growth.
Additional responsibilities include providing consultation to educational teams, assisting with the implementation of behavior support plans, and delivering training to school personnel on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices. The BCBA will collaborate closely with staff members to foster consistent and effective behavioral supports across school environments.
Requirements
Candidates must hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and meet all applicable state requirements for practice within educational settings. Previous experience supporting school-aged students and developing behavioral intervention programs is highly preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to helping students achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based behavioral strategies.
