Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pine Bluff, Arkansas

A skilled behavior analyst is needed for a contract position serving six educational sites near White Hall, AR. In this role, you will provide essential support to students and staff by conducting behavioral assessments, completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing as well as monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Recent experience in conducting FBAs and implementing BIPs
• Previous work in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to start quickly and function independently with minimal onboarding
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel between six school campuses in the area
• Perform comprehensive behavioral assessments for students with varying needs
• Complete FBAs to inform effective, individualized BIPs
• Develop, implement, and monitor successful BIPs in partnership with school teams
• Offer support, strategies, and training to educators and support staff
• Document plans, progress, and outcomes in a timely and thorough manner
