Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA Certification required
  • Current applicable state licensure
  • Previous experience working in K-12 settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
  • Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis interventions
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and data analysis skills
  • Comfort delivering training and workshops to educational staff and parents
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments in collaboration with school teams
  • Develop and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions and support plans
  • Monitor progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust supports as needed
  • Provide direct consultation to teachers, support staff, and administrators
  • Facilitate and lead staff training sessions on best practices in behavior support
  • Partner with families to build continuity of behavior strategies across environments
  • Support the creation of safe, inclusive, and proactive learning settings
