- Ability to develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and staff training
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data to identify student needs
- Create and monitor individualized behavior support plans
- Provide direct services to students while modeling effective strategies for school staff
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing ABA strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes to ensure compliance with school policies and best practices
