You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design and implement effective behavioral interventions that foster student success and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification—active and in good standing
• Demonstrated experience providing behavioral services in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and instructional strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and monitor data-driven intervention plans
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset for working within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate staff training and ongoing coaching in implementing ABA-based strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student-specific goals
• Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor interventions and adjust as needed
• Support IEP development and attend meetings to provide expertise on behavioral objectives
• Maintain documentation and compliance according to school and regulatory standards
